PhotoSlop Subscription Terms

These Terms govern the PhotoSlop website, desktop application, free trial, monthly subscriptions, updates, and support provided by Nunuworks Inc. By installing, using, or subscribing, the user agrees to these Terms and the PhotoSlop Privacy Policy.

A user must be able to enter a binding agreement and use the software and image providers lawfully. PhotoSlop is not directed to children under 13.

Nunuworks grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PhotoSlop for lawful personal or business image work. A subscription may be restored on up to two personal installations unless Nunuworks publishes a different plan limit.

Projects are local by default. Users are responsible for backups, export choices, source permissions, and protecting access to their computer and billing email.

The launch trial includes three successfully delivered cloud-backed AI actions per first-time entitlement account, with no card required. Reinstalling, clearing data, creating identities, or using multiple devices does not create a right to repeated free trials.

One successful creation, edit, or cutout consumes one action. Hidden face detection, provider retries, and AI upscales do not consume an additional customer action. Failed, cancelled, invalid, safety-blocked, or provider-error requests consume no action.

Local project open, save, version history, and 1K, 2K, or 4K export do not consume actions. A 2K or 4K export may send the normalized working image for a new cloud upscale each time. Provider availability and output quality vary, and PhotoSlop does not promise that every prompt will produce a usable result.

PhotoSlop offers Starter at US$10 for 50 successful actions, Creator at US$25 for 200 successful actions, and Studio at US$50 for 500 successful actions per monthly billing period, before applicable tax. Current in-app checkout controls if published terms or prices change.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month through Stripe until cancelled. A new allowance is granted only after the renewal invoice is paid. Unused actions do not roll over, have no cash value, and are not automatically billed as overages.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. A failed or overdue payment can pause hosted AI while local projects remain available. Self-serve tier switching is not offered at launch; contact Nunuworks before cancelling if a different tier is needed.

Except where law requires otherwise, subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period begins and the digital service is made available. Nunuworks may issue a discretionary refund or credit without creating an obligation to do so again.

Contact contact@nunuworks.com promptly about duplicate charges, account access, or billing errors. A refund, reversal, or dispute may end the related hosted entitlement.

Users may not use PhotoSlop to violate law, intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; create or distribute sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery; deceive, impersonate, harass, exploit, or harm; evade usage controls; attack the service; or resell access to hosted AI without permission.

Users are responsible for prompts, source images, references, generated results, required disclosures, and deciding whether an output is suitable and lawful. Automated safety systems can make mistakes.

PhotoSlop, updates, cloud providers, and support are provided on an as-available basis. Nunuworks may change routes, providers, limits, compatibility, or features and may suspend access for security, abuse, legal, payment, or operational reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nunuworks disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Nunuworks' aggregate liability for PhotoSlop is limited to the amount paid for PhotoSlop during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nunuworks may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes may be communicated through the website, app, update notes, checkout, or email. Continued use after an effective date means acceptance where permitted by law.
