PhotoSlop Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 3, 2026

How PhotoSlop keeps projects local and handles requested cloud AI, identity, subscription, and usage information.

Scope And Operator

This policy describes how Nunuworks Inc. handles information for the PhotoSlop website, desktop application, free trial, subscription, support, and requested cloud AI operations.

The general Nunuworks Privacy Policy also applies. This product policy controls where it is more specific.

Local Project Data

PhotoSlop stores original assets, project files, generated versions, thumbnails, previews, history, and exports locally by default. Nunuworks does not provide hosted project storage or project synchronization.

The app preserves imported originals and creates a new local version for each successful AI result. Removing the app does not necessarily remove project folders saved elsewhere on the computer.

Requested Cloud AI Processing

When a user requests an AI creation, edit, cutout, face-aware route, or 2K/4K upscale, PhotoSlop sends the prompt and only the normalized working image, selected area, or reference images needed for that operation through Nunuworks' Firebase gateway to the configured provider.

The app does not upload the full project package or original full-resolution source by default. Providers may process prompts, image inputs, outputs, network information, and operational metadata under their terms and Nunuworks' applicable arrangements.

Identity, Billing, And Usage

The app creates a pseudonymous Firebase identity and installation identifier for the free allowance, subscription restoration, abuse prevention, and authoritative usage counting. Nunuworks stores a verified billing email, subscription state, plan, current allowance, successful-action count, reservation state, and bounded security records.

Stripe hosts payment and subscription-management pages and processes payment method, billing address, tax location, fraud-prevention signals, and ordinary browser information. Nunuworks does not receive complete card numbers or security codes.

Nunuworks uses Postmark to deliver email verification codes. Codes are short-lived, stored only as keyed hashes, rate-limited, and never logged or returned by an API.

What Billing Records Do Not Contain

Nunuworks billing and usage records do not contain image bytes, thumbnails, project packages, prompts, local paths, project names, version history, face results, or provider payloads.

PhotoSlop does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising and contains no third-party advertising SDK.

Retention And Security

Nunuworks retains billing, tax, consent, subscription, dispute, usage, email-delivery, and security records as reasonably needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, support users, reconcile payments, and comply with law. Short-lived verification, rate-limit, reservation, and webhook-operation records use bounded retention where practical.

Desktop credentials are kept in the Electron main process using operating-system protected storage where available. Server credentials remain server-side. No software, provider, payment system, or email service is perfectly secure.

Rights, Changes, And Contact

Depending on location, a person may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing. Some transaction, tax, security, dispute, and legal records must be retained.

Nunuworks may update this policy as PhotoSlop, its providers, or legal requirements change. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to contact@nunuworks.com. Never email payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive images.
