A useful task. Your tools. Guided practice.

Start with work your team already does.

Explore a familiar task, a possible AI response, and the checks that make it ready to use. Every session is shaped around your team’s work.

Choose a task to see how guided practice can work. These examples use fictional information.

Turn a few notes into a clear client update.

Your notes

  • Client asked for a delivery update.
  • Supplier quote received. Delivery date not confirmed.
  • Send the client another update by Friday.

A draft to review

Thanks for checking in. We have received the supplier’s quote and are confirming the delivery schedule. We’ll send you another update by Friday, even if the delivery date is still pending.

The human checks

  • Keep a requested date separate from a confirmed date.
  • Check the next step and tone before sending.

A simple way to repeat it

Next time, give the context, confirmed facts, and next step. Review the draft against your notes before sending.

Practical experience. A personal approach.

Our approach brings together experience building software and helping people learn. Sessions stay focused on useful work, with time to practise and ask questions.

From the first conversation to everyday use.

We agree the task, tools, attendees, and visit plan before booking. A little preparation gives everyone more time to learn.

  1. Choose the work

Tell us about the team, location, and tasks. We agree one focused task per person or one shared task per group.

  2. Get ready

Your organizer confirms approved tools and information. Each person brings a laptop with a working account and the access they need.

  3. Practise together

Try the task with hands-on guidance. Ask questions, improve the response, and check the details before using the result.

  4. Keep using it

Use your practice guideline on the next task, and bring any questions to your follow-up Q&A.

A 50% deposit reserves agreed dates. The remaining 50% is due after the final onsite visit.

One no-fee reschedule is included with at least 5 business days’ notice.
