DueFolder License Terms

These Terms govern the DueFolder website, desktop application, free trial, one-time license, updates, and support provided by Nunuworks, Inc. By installing, using, or purchasing DueFolder, the user agrees to these Terms and the DueFolder Privacy Policy.

A purchaser must be able to enter a binding agreement and use the software lawfully. DueFolder is not directed to children under 13.

Nunuworks grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use DueFolder on up to three computers personally owned or primarily used by that purchaser.

Permitted work includes the purchaser's household, freelance, and sole-proprietor paperwork. Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, service-bureau use for unrelated customers, bypassing trial or activation controls, and unlawful use are prohibited unless Nunuworks agrees in writing.

The complete workflow is available for 50 successfully committed byte-unique documents. The limit is checked before processing document 51.

Duplicates, failures, refusals, cancellations, reindexing, and recovery replay count zero. Free and licensed mode use the same local processors, evidence, search, filing behavior, and result quality.

DueFolder is offered for US$49.99 once, plus applicable tax, with no subscription. Stripe Checkout controls the final charge, tax, consent, and payment confirmation shown to the purchaser.

One recoverable key can maintain up to three active installations. Activation and deactivation require network access; a valid signed certificate allows the installed software to continue working offline.

A refund, reversal, or dispute can prevent future activation and recovery. An already issued offline certificate may continue to work because DueFolder does not require a recurring license-server check.

DueFolder proposes fields, dates, amounts, actions, reminders, filenames, destinations, and recurring patterns for review. It does not pay, renew, submit, contact, or act on the user's behalf and is not tax, legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

Users are responsible for checking suggestions against the source document, meeting real deadlines, retaining originals and backups, choosing filing locations, and deciding whether any result is suitable.

Every DueFolder update Nunuworks actually releases is included at no additional software-license charge. This does not promise a feature, release cadence, architecture, operating system, support period, or perpetual future compatibility.

Only platform packages shown as available on the official DueFolder page are supported. Availability, OCR behavior, and results can vary by document and operating system.

Except where law requires otherwise, downloaded digital-software purchases are final after immediate delivery and activation. Any required withdrawal consent, refund right, or jurisdiction-specific disclosure shown at Checkout controls where it is more protective.

Contact contact@nunuworks.com promptly about duplicate charges, purchase access, activation, or billing errors. Never send payment-card details or personal paperwork by email.

DueFolder, updates, downloads, and support are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nunuworks disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for missed deadlines, incorrect suggestions, source-document loss outside the app's control, indirect damages, or lost profit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nunuworks' aggregate liability for DueFolder is limited to the amount paid for the DueFolder license that gave rise to the claim.

Nunuworks may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes may be communicated through the website, app, release notes, Checkout, or email where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable Canadian federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions can be sent to contact@nunuworks.com.
